As seen in this report, the comparison of 1st half 2014 to 1st half 2013 the average single family home sale price of all of Indian Wells and the IW Country Club increased approx. 12.5%; and for Indian Wells condos the price increase was 17% however, IW Country Club condos the average price decreased 4%....
