As seen in this report, the comparison of 3rd Quarter 2014 to 3rd Quarter 2013 the average price per square foot of all Indian Wells single family homes rose about 12%, and the average Indian Wells CC price per square foot increase was 8%. Indian Wells condos average price per square foot remained steady with a slight 1% gain, and the Indian Wells CC condo per square foot price decreased 6%.
