For Single Family homes sales in Indian Wells the number of homes sold decreased from this same period last year to 53, however the price/ per square ft. increased 5%. For all Condos sold the number doubled to 22 sales, and the price/per square ft. increased 31%. For the Indian Wells Country Club the number of homes sold remained steady from last year, and the average price sold increased 11%.
