Average Price Sold for Single Family Homes in Indian Wells Country Club was $2,043,667, a Price increase of 89% from last years Average Price of $1,076,328, and a 59% increase in Price per Square Foot Sold of $479 in this Quarter 2021. The City of Indian Wells had Condo Prices increase 46% from this same Quarter last year to Average Price Sold of $590,500.
