Real Estate sales and prices remain very strong throughout Coachella Valley and in our beautiful city of Indian Wells. For the entire city, Single Family Home Prices as you can see from this Indian Wells Yearly Sales report, went up in 2021 an average of 27% from 2020 with average Price Sold at $1,664,622. Price per square foot average went to $423, an increase of 21%. Condo Sales in all of Indian Wells went up to an average Price Sold of $555,608 an increase of 25% from 2020. There was a 34% increase in 2021 from 2020 for Indian Wells Country Club Single Family Home Prices Sold to $1,517,817 with an average price of $415 per square foot.
