The Condo market in our city held its ground with sales numbers, though there was a slight 7% decrease in the average price, settling at $684,171. Diving deeper into the Indian Wells Country Club stats, single-family home prices remained steady at an average of $1,466,667. Notably, Condos in the Country Club saw a 26% price boost, with the average sale price touching $1,015,000.
