As seen in this report, with comparison of Yearly Home Sales from 2015 to 2016, the average home prices decreased slightly for single family homes throughout Indian Wells. Average sale prices for condos in all of Indian Wells increased about 6%. The overall number of homes sold in Indian Wells increased 13% to 201 homes sold. The total number of condos sold decreased 7% to 65 condos sold, however an increase of 40% to 42 condos sold in the Indian Wells Country Club.
