This quarter, we observed a decrease in the number of Single Family Homes and Condos sold compared to the same period last year. However, there’s a silver lining for Single Family home sellers: prices have risen by 15% from last year, bringing the average sold price to $2,102,070. Additionally, the average sold price for condos saw a healthy increase of 5%, reaching $721,470.
