As shown in this 1st Quarter 2017 Sales Report there was a dramatic 44% increase in the number of condos sold in Indian Wells with an average price of $387,173 reflecting a 22% decrease in average price of condos from 2016. The overall number of single family homes sold in Indian Wells remained constant from 2016 with a huge 50% increase in average price sold of $ 1, 423,161 for the City of Indian Wells from this same period last year.
