Looking at this Indian Wells first quarter 2020 sales report we see the number of Single Family Homes sold increased by 14% from first Quarter 2019 to 64 homes sold. Average price of homes compared from 2019 dropped 23% this first quarter for the entire City to $ 1,097,996. However, prices in Indian Wells Country Club rose 47% from last year to average price of $1,147,917. Average number of condos sold throughout the City stayed steady from last year first Quarter, and condo prices decreased about 4% to average price of $394,377.
