Here is the Indian Wells Sales Report for the 6 months of January thru June 2023.
After reviewing this Half Yearly Indian Wells Sales Report and comparing it to the same period of Sales from last year, there was an overall 25% decrease in the number of Single Family homes Sold as inventory was lower this year. The number of Condos Sold decreased by 36%. For Single Family homes, prices decreased an average of 21%. Condos prices decreased slightly; however, Indian Wells Country Club showed an 11% increase in Condo prices with an average of $1,015,200.
