1st Half Sales, January 1 – June 30, 2019
Please look over the Indian Wells Half-yearly 2019 Sales Report. As you can see for the entire City average prices went up 14% from homes Sold during this same period in 2018 with an average sale price of $1,454,866. Both the number of homes sold and condos sold decreased. Average prices remained fairly steady for Indian Wells Condos sold. At the Indian Wells Country Club average Condo price Sold at $473,400, which is a 7% increase from same 6 month period in 2018.
