As you can see from this Indian Wells first Quarter Sales Report there was a 25 % decrease in the number of Single-Family Homes Sold in the City, and an 18% decrease within the IW Country Club. The Average Price Sold for the City decreased 30% to $1,605,724, and the Average Price Sold in the IW Country Club decreased 16% to $1,439,472. For Condos Sold in the entire City the price increased 4% to Average of $739,400 and for the IW Country Club Condo prices increased 12% with Average price of $964,750. Average Days on the Market increased for both Single Family Homes and Condos.
